Refund Policy

At Meister Foods, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in manufacturing and delivering high-quality nutrition products. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to assist you.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or returns are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered at the time of delivery

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The product is unopened and returned in its original packaging and condition

Please Note:
Due to the nature of food and nutrition products, slight variations in color, texture, or taste may occur between batches. These are normal and not considered defects.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds and returns are not applicable for:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items purchased during special sales or promotional offers

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch

For hygiene and safety reasons, once a nutrition product is opened, it cannot be returned.

How to Request a Refund or Return

To request a refund or return:

  1. Contact our customer support with your order number

  2. Share clear photos or videos showing the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item)

  3. Our team will review your request and inform you of the approval status

Once approved, the refund process will begin.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs will be covered by Meister Foods
